Return Policy
Clothing items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the day of receipt.
We cover the return shipping costs, so customers do not need to pay for return shipping.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please take clear photos and contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will arrange a refund or exchange based on your request.

Return Conditions
For Items Without a Quality Issue:
The returned clothing must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
All original tags, packaging, and any accompanying documentation must be intact.
All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping the item to our return address.
For Items with a Quality Issue or Incorrect Items:
Please contact our customer service with clear photos showing the issue.
Once confirmed, we will provide the return address immediately.
Situations that may qualify for a return or refund include but are not limited to:
Defective Products: Manufacturing defects such as fabric flaws, stitching errors, or significant discoloration.
Dissatisfaction: If the clothing item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return.

Return Process & Refund Steps
Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Product name or SKU number
Reason for return
Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours (on business days) and provide the return address.
Step 2: Return the Item
Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service.
Please include proof of return in the form of a tracking number and a valid return receipt.
Step 3: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange immediately and notify you via email.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the return has been successfully processed.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the order.
If the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
If your package is lost in transit, we will cover your loss by issuing a full refund.
If you provide an incorrect shipping address that the courier cannot recognize, the package will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
Items returned with obvious signs of wear, stains, damage, or washing may be denied for a refund.
